Booking Policy To provide the best experience for all clients, please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your treatment total. • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their appointment shortened. • Please arrive on time and follow all pre-treatment instructions provided. • Results vary from person to person. Multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal results. • Package purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the stated validity period. • By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these policies.
